The Store

• Is there parking available?

  We are very fortunate and happy to have three parking spot available in the front of the store. If those parking spaces aren't available, most of the time, you can find parking on the 21sth avenue.

• Can I come at the store to just knit?

  You are more then welcome to come at the store knit, have a coffee and maybe eat one a little something. Our tables are first for our classes, so please, if you can, call us before hand to know what are the availability.

Ordering & Shipping

• When can I expect my order?

  Our normal processing time is 2 business days. If you need your order faster please call the store and we will do the best we can to accommodate. When your order will be shipped you can expect an e-mail with tracking information.

• What are my payment options?

  We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal for all your online purchases.

• Can I pickup my order at the boutique?

  Yes and we will more then happy to welcome you at the shop. Please make sure you have a confirmation e-mail noticing you that your order is ready before coming at the store for a pickup.
